Devring’s will customize any menu to meet your satisfaction. If there is something special that you would like to have, we can accommodate your request. Proposal will be based on a guaranteed minimum guest count. A minimal non-refundable deposit is required to book the date.

Bar Set up ($5.00pp): includes bartender, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, tonic, soda, cranberry, orange, grapefruit and tomato juices, ice, lemons, limes, olives & cherries. ($2.50 pp if no alcohol).

Family Style Service  

The Lazy Susan service is really nice. A 38" round glass lazy susan is on each table. Staff place platters of entrees on each table. There is no moving or passing anything. With a gentle touch of the finger the susan will quietly rotate. When you are done serving yourself so has the rest of the table. There are no restrictions as to what you can have as a centerpiece. We provide a 12" mirror in the center of the susan to cover the mechanism. Tables are set for 10. We do offer all services such as buffet, plated and stations which are priced as well. There are no additional costs unless you add something more. The quoted prices are guaranteed for 90 days. If you don’t see an entrée that you‘d like to have served at your event please let me know as we can prepare it for you. We can meet any dietary needs that a guest may have. Just let us know in advance and regardless of which service is chosen those guests will be served their dinners. The bar fee includes ice, water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, soda, tonic, orange, grapefruit, tomato & cranberry juices, lemons, limes, olives & cherries. Disposable tumblers and beverage napkins will be used at the bar. The buffet service includes a coffee station. Included in the quoted costs are gold rimmed china, silverware, glassware and any equipment needed to service any menu you choose. Devrings will arrive and set up the venue. Tables will be draped in linen. Sign in/gift tables will be set up and draped. After dinner service, all areas will be cleared and kept clean for the duration of the event. Devrings will clean and leave the venue in the manner in which it was found.

We do provide tastings. You choose what you'd like to taste, the date & time that works best for you and I will have it prepared and delivered to you. I do not stay. You may enjoy with family/friends and get back to me with choices. The cost is $100.00 which will be deducted from your total once the contract is signed. We prepare 3 of everything chosen. The contract shown reflects total cost for each service (buffet, family & plated) based on 250 guests. The totals listed are the complete totals unless you add dessert/candy stations or rental tables/chairs.
